How to respond to Skinwalkers, Bed Monster, Stalker, Hiders, Mass of Eyes, Head Banger, Surgery Monster, Camera Figure, and other threats.

Enemy pages should be response cards. Players need to know whether to fight, feed, look away, exit a camera, or finish a task.
Fast response table
- Skinwalker -> fight or escape only after the target is confirmed hostile.
- Bed Monster -> community notes point to Maple Syrup.
- Stalker -> do not stare directly; create distance.
- Mass of Eyes / Do Not Look Up -> keep the camera down.
- Hiders / Wall Anomaly -> run, create distance, and protect items.
- Head Banger -> community notes point to Coffee.
- Surgery Monster -> community notes say to finish surgery rather than attack the patient.
- Camera Figure -> leave the CCTV feed immediately.
Weapons are not universal answers
A taser or gun may help against confirmed hostile threats, but panic-firing around normal patients can damage the run. This guide avoids exact damage claims until tested.
Observation threats
Several threats punish looking at the wrong thing. If the game warns you not to look up, or if a camera feed appears broken, the safe first response is behavioral rather than aggressive.
