Most enemies punish observation mistakes. The correct response is often an item, an escape route, or looking away—not raw damage.
Enemies you can fight
Skinwalkers are hostile anomalies that slipped through check-in. Tasers and guns are the fastest responses, but close interaction can work when equipment is unavailable.
Enemies that need a special response
- Bed Monster — approach with Maple Syrup.
- Head Banger — offer Coffee.
- Mass of Eyes — do not look up.
- Stalker — do not stare directly.
- Camera Figure — leave the camera feed immediately.
- Surgery Monster — finish surgery; do not shoot the patient.
Hiders and wall anomalies
Hiders can chase the player, reduce sanity, and steal items. Create distance until they fade, or use a verified tool response when it is safe.
