Anomalies can hide in three different evidence channels: the patient, the printed photo, and the security camera.
Visible anomalies
- Three glowing eyes
- Wide eyes and sharp teeth
- Hollow face and twitching
- Unnatural realistic teeth or eyes
- A head that follows the player
Photo anomalies
- Different ears, eyes, colors, or horns
- A realistic face that was not visible in person
- Static or heavy grain
- A cursed bloodshot-eyed grin that can damage sanity
CCTV anomalies
- Black eye overlay
- Stretched or distorted body
- Staring directly at the camera
- Completely black body
- Skinwalker form or mismatched ears
What to do
Once you have reliable evidence, close the check-in shutters and reject the patient. Do not admit an obvious anomaly just to gather more evidence.
