Three evidence channels

Community sources consistently describe three practical detection channels: the patient model, the check-in/photo evidence, and CCTV. A patient can look safe in one channel and suspicious in another.

• Photo: the picture does not match the patient.
• CCTV: the patient reveals a different form on camera.

Visual signs to check first

• Wide eyes and sharp teeth: oversized eyes, distorted grin, or obvious teeth.
• Three eyes: an extra eye visible before admission.
• Hollow face: dark empty eyes or a dead-looking face.
• Unnatural face: realistic eyes, realistic teeth, painted smile, or face style that does not match normal patients.
• Twitching or stretching: repeated movement that looks broken rather than idle.

Photo signs

• Incorrect photo: ears, horns, colors, or eyes do not match the patient.
• Unnatural photo: the patient looks normal in person but strange in the picture.
• Static photo: the evidence appears corrupted or noisy.
• Cursed photo: community sources say some dangerous photos may affect sanity.

CCTV signs

• Black eyes or black face overlay.
• Stretched or distorted body.
• Patient staring directly through the camera.
• Fully black or void-like body.
• A hostile form that was not visible at the desk.

Correct action

Reject confirmed anomalies at intake. Do not admit a suspicious patient just to gather more proof if you already have strong evidence.

If evidence is unclear, repeat the check sequence: visual, photo, CCTV. In teams, say the evidence channel out loud so other players understand why you are rejecting the patient.
