Your job is not only to heal patients. Every arrival must pass a visual, photo, and CCTV check before you safely admit them.

01

The night-shift loop

  • Watch each patient before they reach the check-in window.
  • Compare their in-person appearance with their photo and CCTV feed.
  • Close the shutters when you confirm an anomaly.
  • Send safe patients to the assigned room and follow the diagnosis.
  • Handle emergencies immediately and keep your sanity above zero.
02

Never rely on one check

Some anomalies are obvious in person, while others appear only in the printed photo or on security cameras. A normal face at the desk is not enough evidence by itself.

Use a repeatable sequence: visual check, photo check, then CCTV check. This is slower at first, but it prevents dangerous patients from reaching treatment rooms.

03

Treatments and mistakes

Normal patients are diagnosed after DNA analysis. Give only the items shown by the room display. A wrong treatment can kill a normal patient and cost the team a life.

Room 6, Room 7, and Room 8 add their own minigames. Surgery in Room 8 is timed once you begin, so finish other urgent work before starting it.

04

Sanity survival

  • Collect coffee before a crisis, not after your sanity is already critical.
  • Do not tase normal patients.
  • Avoid staring at ceiling, corner, and camera entities.
  • Learn the correct item response for Bed Monster and Head Banger.
  • Share limited equipment with your team.
