Rooms are where safe patients become real tasks. The important skill is knowing when a room is routine and when it adds a timer or minigame.
Standard treatment rooms
Standard rooms follow the safest loop: send the patient to the assigned space, read the diagnosis, collect the listed item, and apply only what the game asks for.
If you are learning the game, treat standard rooms as your baseline. Do not start a special room while the front desk is collapsing.
Room 6
Community sources describe Room 6 as an X-ray or sequence-style task. The safe advice is to slow down, complete the displayed pattern, and then return to the normal treatment instruction.
Exact sequence speed and failure behavior are not confirmed by this site yet.
Room 7
Community notes describe Room 7 as a monitor-style task where the player interacts with safe prompts and avoids dangerous ones. The key is not to spam clicks.
Until the room is verified in the current build, treat every prompt as UI-specific and follow what is shown on screen.
Room 8
Room 8 is the high-risk surgery room. Do not begin it when a fire, fainted patient, or hostile entity is already active unless your team can cover the rest of the hospital.
Community sources warn that attacking a surgery-related threat can be the wrong response. The safer rule is to finish the visible procedure unless the current UI proves otherwise.
