Classes are starting modifiers and convenience perks, not complex RPG builds. Check the in-game class panel before spending Animal Coins or Robux.

- Intern: free starter class commonly associated with bonus sanity.
- Nurse: inventory-focused class in community descriptions.
- Secretary: front-desk sanity recovery in community descriptions.
- Paramedic: starts with a speed item according to community lists.
- Psychologist: modifies positive and negative sanity effects; high-risk until verified.
- Doctor: healing-related sanity recovery in community descriptions.
- Security: starts with an X-Taser in community descriptions.
- Surgeon: surgery or healing-focused perk in community descriptions.
- Head Nurse: Robux inventory class in community descriptions.
- Secret Agent: Robux weapon class in community descriptions.
What the class page should not fake
- Do not publish exact Level 2 or Level 3 perks until tested.
- Do not publish Robux prices as permanent.
- Do not assume starting cash remains unchanged after updates.
- Do not rank classes only by combat power; most runs fail from inspection and triage mistakes.
How to choose
Pick the class that covers your weakest role. If you miss anomalies, choose a defensive or intake-friendly role. If you lose patients during treatment, choose a treatment-focused role. If your inventory is always full, choose storage.
